Turo rental in Charleston, SC a nd I’m liking this car so much more than I thought I would.

I thought it would be more raw, and way slower. Instead, it’s BMW-ness shines through, in a good way. It’s what BMW would sell if their designers were allowed to have any fun.

Neighbour has a Mini Clubman Cooper and loves it. Her partner however is a large rugby player and has to turn sideways on to the car and back into it, pulling his shoulders forward and his head down into his chest to get in. It’s really funny.

The supercharger whine is addicting. The grumble my NA car gives isn’t bad but the supercharger is still better.

I’ve inspected 11 car dealerships in the last 10 days and I love the design of  the mini ones. Honda today was boring as shit. Audi not much better.
